When you hire an Apex rental car you can choose exactly the vehicle you need. All rental cars are equipped with stereo radio cassette players, power steering, and air-conditioned for your comfort. For your peace of mind all vehicles are also covered by 24hr Roadside Emergency Assistance.
Apex has branches located throughout New Zealand and specialises in providing one-way hires for no additional charge. We do not charge for car accessories and will gladly meet you at your hotel or the Airport for no extra charge.
Free Vehicle Exchange for Two-Island Hires
If you are travelling in both the North Island and the South Island we recommend that you take advantage of our free vehicle exchange to save the cost of transporting the car by ferry – simply return the first car at our Picton or Wellington Ferry Terminal branches and we will have a fresh vehicle waiting for you when you arrive on the other side.
